• SMS message content exchanged between callers and the AI receptionist.
• Business owner information including name, email, business name, and billing details.

3. How We Use Your Information

Caller information is used solely to:

• Send a single text-back SMS on behalf of the business you called.
• Handle follow-up conversational messages you initiate.
• Notify the business of potential leads.

We do not sell, rent, or share caller data with any third parties.

4. SMS Messaging

By calling a business that uses Nora, you may receive an automated SMS reply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To re-subscribe, reply START. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Business owners may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
