1. Who We Are

Nora ("we," "our," "us") is an AI receptionist platform operated at trynora.io. We provide local businesses with an automated voice and SMS receptionist service for missed calls.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

  • Phone numbers of callers who dialed a business using Nora, provided automatically by the telephone carrier.
  • Message and call interaction content exchanged between callers and the AI receptionist, including SMS content and transcribed voice interaction data needed to operate the service.
  • Business owner information including name, email, business name, and billing details.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information solely to provide and improve the Nora service, including to:

  • Send a follow-up SMS after a missed or unanswered call
  • Facilitate conversational customer support related to the caller's inquiry
  • Help businesses respond to leads, questions, and appointment requests
  • Maintain service functionality, security, and performance
  • Provide account administration, billing, and support to business customers

We do not sell customer information.

4. SMS Messaging

If you call a business that uses Nora and choose to continue by text, Nora may send automated SMS messages after explicit consent in the call flow. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To re-subscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. 5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share customer personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

We may share information only as necessary to operate the Nora service, such as with service providers that help us deliver messaging, process billing, host infrastructure, provide customer support, or maintain platform functionality.

Mobile opt-in data, consent, and SMS messaging information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Business owners may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
