Program Description
Nora is an automated SMS service that helps local businesses respond to missed calls. When you call a business that uses Nora, you may be offered the option to continue by text. SMS is sent only after you explicitly agree in the call flow. These messages are intended to help you connect with the business you called.
How Consent Is Obtained
Consent is collected during a live phone interaction. If you choose text, Nora reads a disclosure and asks for explicit consent. SMS is sent only after you press 1 or say "yes." If you decline, no SMS is sent.
Disclosure language used in the consent flow:
"You are agreeing to receive messages from our automated assistant Nora. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out."
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. You may receive an initial text after consenting and additional messages if you continue the conversation.

Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from that business through Nora.
