Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Nora ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Nora provides local businesses with an AI-powered receptionist for voice and SMS. Callers may speak with Nora by phone or choose to continue by text, and Nora handles follow-up conversations on behalf of the business.
3. Business Owner Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your business profile and AI context.
- You agree to use Nora only for legitimate business communication with people who have called your business.
- You must comply with all applicable laws including TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
- You must clearly disclose on your website and/or at your place of business that callers may be offered the option to continue by text through Nora, and that text messages are sent only after explicit caller consent in the call flow. This disclosure must be reasonably visible to customers before they call (e.g., on your contact page, in your website footer, or on signage at your location).
4. SMS Messaging Terms
Nora sends SMS messages on your behalf only after a caller explicitly opts in during the phone flow (for example, by pressing 1 or saying "yes" when offered text). Message frequency varies based on your conversation with the business. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Subscription and Billing
Nora charges a monthly subscription fee billed through Stripe. Starter is $147/month and includes 350 SMS plus 30 voice assistant minutes per billing cycle. Growth is $247/month and includes unlimited SMS plus 60 voice assistant minutes per billing cycle, along with appointment booking features. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are issued for partial months.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nora is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed messages, carrier filtering, AI responses, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
8. Customer Data
Nora will never sell customer information or caller information. We do not rent, trade, or disclose such information to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We only use customer data as necessary to operate, maintain, and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
