1. Acceptance

By using Nora ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nora provides local businesses with an AI-powered SMS receptionist that automatically texts back missed callers and handles follow-up conversations on behalf of the business.

3. Business Owner Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your business profile and AI context.
• You agree to use Nora only for legitimate business communication with people who have called your business.
• You must comply with all applicable laws including TCPA and CAN-SPAM.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

Nora sends SMS messages on your behalf to callers who dialed your forwarding number. Callers can opt out by replying STOP at any time. Message and data rates may apply to end recipients. You are responsible for ensuring your use case complies with carrier requirements.

5. Subscription and Billing

Nora charges a monthly subscription fee ($147/mo for Starter, $247/mo for Growth) billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nora is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed messages, carrier filtering, AI responses, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
